Your stay, in complete freedom
Self-registration
With us, there is no reception desk — you are fully independent from the beginning to the end of your stay. Our self-service check-in kiosk will issue a key card giving you access to your room. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Self-service Breakfast
Breakfast is available in the shared kitchens. This allows you to enjoy most breakfast items even very early in the morning if you need to leave before our usual opening hours.

Cereals, granola, cakes, jams, honey, yoghurts, coffee and tea, bread, pastries, fruit and fruit compotes are prepared and available every morning.

How do I get to La Tour
Head to the rooftop of the airfield at 35 Avenue de Chambéry, Challes-les-Eaux.
Free parking, bicycle parking and an electric vehicle charging station are available on site. Aircraft are welcome too!
How is the arrival at the Tower going?
Nothing could be easier.
A self-service check-in kiosk is located at the entrance of the building.
Simply enter your first and last name, and the kiosk will assign your room and issue your key card. This system allows you to arrive whenever it suits you.
However, if you plan to arrive after 3:00 AM, please let us know in advance so that we can configure your reservation accordingly.
What should I do if I forget/lose my card?
Simply return to the check-in kiosk.
By entering your first name, last name and stay details, the kiosk can issue you a new key card.
Please note that you will need access to the email address used during check-in in order to confirm your request.
Is it possible to have breakfast on site?
Yes! Breakfast is included with every reservation.
Travel light — we’ll take care of everything.
Breakfast is available as a self-service buffet, allowing you to enjoy it early in the morning if you have a busy schedule or need to leave early.
Our breakfast buffet includes hot drinks, fruit juices, milk and cereals, butter, jam, honey, chocolate spread, locally sourced yoghurts, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, cakes and fresh fruit.
Fresh bread and pastries are delivered daily and available from 7:30 AM
We are a group of more than 6 people and would like to reserve several rooms. How does that work?
We can combine several room reservations into a single apartment-style accommodation, including a shared living area reserved exclusively for your group.
